About Owego
Owego is a seamless payments platform powered by stablecoins (USDC and USDT). We enable users to send, receive, and spend digital assets online, in-store, and across borders — safely, instantly, and without friction.
We are a technology service provider, not a bank, money transmitter, or custodian. Your use of the platform is subject to compliance with all applicable laws and blockchain network standards.

Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Not be subject to any sanctions or restrictions under applicable law.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Account Registration and Security
Owego is a non-custodial platform. We do not maintain custody, control, or ownership of any digital assets or fiat funds transacted through the platform. All transactions occur directly between you, your connected wallet, and the applicable blockchain network or third-party service provider.
Users retain full ownership and control over their funds at all times and are solely responsible for managing their private keys, wallet credentials, and security measures. You may need to register or connect a wallet to access certain features of Owego.
By creating an account or connecting a wallet, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or wallet connection.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account or wallet credentials.
Immediately notify Owego of any unauthorized access, suspected breach, or security compromise.
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account or wallet connection. Owego shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized transaction arising from compromised wallet credentials, user error, or third-party breaches outside of Owego’s control.
